Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Request

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact us by email with your order number, full name and payment reference. We will confirm the cancellation status within 24 hours.

3. Cancellation Fee

If the order is cancelled before processing, no additional fee will be charged. If production or packaging has already started, a reasonable handling fee may apply.

4. Refund After Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 5–15 business days.

5. Orders Already Shipped

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return policy instead of cancellation. In this case, please contact us for further instructions.

6. Bulk Orders

Custom orders, bulk orders and specially prepared shipments are generally not eligible for cancellation after production has begun.
